The grant will be based on a three-tier system, from 0.7 per cent of income (for each member of your household, which includes anyone who’s dependent on you, and up to two children) to 2.1 per cent (for each family, up to two adults and three children).
You may apply to become a Grantable Fund Participant once you’ve accumulated income above the three-tier threshold in the first two years, starting at 4.3 per cent.
How is my family’s income matched?
Income will be matched, according to a variety of criteria. These include:

The household income you were allocated by Centrelink to help yourself, your spouse and your children to meet the above obligations, plus additional child support payments.
