What is the longest music video? – How To Hold A Camera Steady Without A Tripod

It may very well have been a record-setting video with The Shins for the song “It’s Like That,” which you can watch below as recorded in 2016. Watch and support the band in the video, which has also been nominated in the Best Video category in the 2016 BRU Music Video Awards.

Which of these albums sounds most like this album?

If you’re a die-hard fan of Modest Mouse, you may have realized it’s not even close. And you won’t miss it if you’re a die-hard fan of the band’s other major label releases either. In addition to Modest Mouse, they’ve released albums with labels like Sony, Sire, Arista and Parlophone. But this is their first full-fledged, self-made album, so the result is like none of the other albums they’ve released before.

What else is happening this fall?

The band will be joining forces with the Chicago band, the Vibes. Together, the two bands are calling it the Modest Mouse Revue, and they’re launching a website and the Vibes’ first full-length album in two years, entitled, appropriately, The Vibes Have Landed.

What can I learn about the show from the music video?

There’s a ton of music to learn about, but it really boils down to this: The Vibes Have Landed is just as much, if not more, Modest Mouse’s best work. If you thought they still didn’t have anything new this year, then you’re seriously in for a treat from our side. All of that rock ‘n’ roll will only get better with time. The Vibes Have Landed promises to leave you wishing you’d bought Modest Mouse earlier in your life, and you probably still have something to prove to us by dropping one of these albums on the turntable.

The band will be at The Great Scott on October 12 and 13. Tickets go on sale this Friday!
