Well, this is pretty much the situation with the RyoCoke. The RyoCoke comes in at 8 oz. So you really can’t get a true taste of the flavor, even if you’re paying $29.99 for 500 bottles. However, the company did send me three sample bottles to review. I must say, while I do understand the appeal of the RyoCoke to people who like to party, they did just put a lot of crap on the bow to make it more appealing for those who don’t care about the drink.
So if you’re just looking for a good, inexpensive beer on tap at your place to get you through a long work day, and not one that will leave something in your stomach too late after work, you’re probably going to be disappointed with this brew.

1.075 FG: 1.010
1.010 EBC: 6.5
For the purposes of this review, I will be referring to the actual beer as “Ryo-Coke.” As a matter of taste, I feel like it is more flavorful than this. The flavor is quite rich with the dark malt flavor, and that is certainly the most consistent on the brew. As always, there is a bit of citrus in there, too.
The alcohol content is a bit lower than the RyoCoke I’ve tried before, but that is a good thing because you don’t want to get buzzed and then go home after work and feel thirsty all night.
I’ve tried a few different beers over the years on our tasting room patio and they are all nice, bright, and easy to pour with nice bubbles on the glass. The RyoCoke has not one, but three different options for how it looks. In the photo below, you can see the first is with a brown, tan and white color scheme. The second has the same design, but with a greenish hue coming off from the caramel color. And the final one is a brown and green color scheme with brown and green color.
There is also a third option that is brown and orange. You can see that in my photo below.
