When you do exercise, can it help with anxiety?

The key is not so much in how much you lift/bounce but how hard you do it. The key to getting rid of anxiety is not to worry about where your breathing is right now but how fast you can get there!

In the beginning it is good to lift things slowly with your legs, hips and hands, but to get more serious and work towards getting out of your chair, out of your chair only while still being able to stand up, and out of your chair as you stand up. With that said, I’d recommend taking a 30 second breath while standing up and then going slowly in a downward motion as though you were falling down.
