Your life coach is someone you can go to often and talk with about anything – what’s going on in your life, how you’re feeling, what you need to get better at…and how it’s all going to make you better.
What if my friend was really great with me, but I couldn’t be trusted and didn’t trust her to help with daily stuff? There is someone who you can talk to everyday, who can make sure that everything in your life is in order from start to finish. That’s your life coach. Find a friend who you can trust with your life.
How can a coach help me improve?
Life Coach has some awesome features to help you be a better, freer, more confident and happy person.
One of the most interesting things is the daily goals or achievements. They give you goals like getting more points on a race, hitting a new PR in a muscle group, doing 100 pushups, doing 20 pullups, or improving your life skills through a variety of activities.
Here is the catch, though. You can’t always have daily goals. However, you can build up a personal goal list, which can help you reach your goals as a whole. If you want to run on a treadmill for 10 minutes, set the goal at 5 miles and aim to do them every day. If you want to work out with weights 10 times a week, go with a goal of 30 total reps at the start, then work up. It’s not like you’ll have a ton of time to workout, but that’s okay, there’s a nice bonus that can happen.
What about if I’m not sure I’m going to do a goal or accomplishment? Well, here’s the great thing. You can keep track of every single day that you work out, so you’ll know exactly what you should be working hard on at the start of the week.
