Being a life coach teaches you how to be yourself, while at the same time giving you a chance to get better.
There are a million things that you can do to improve your life, but the ability to recognize those things is the most important. A life coach can help you to be more aware and more in touch with your own true self.
How would you describe and how would the benefits of having a life coach be compared to a therapist?
The benefits are far greater. If you have a life coach, they can help you more often, but with less of a wait time. You have a life coach who understands that you know your weaknesses and can spot them. They can help you get into healthier habits, develop better relationships with your loved ones or gain a better understanding of what makes you happy. A therapist is there to help you be more aware of your problems and the problems in your life and to give you something to fix that can’t be done away with. For example, it would be very helpful if you could take a class that works out specific problems in your personality, such as your fear of the dark. The more times you work things out in your mind to improve your behavior, the more likely you are to get better results.
It would be interesting to see what the costs would be compared to a therapist. A therapist would need a large amount of time to get to the bottom of your problems. If you’re paying an in-person therapist, it could get out of control because they are in constant contact with your problem for most (if not all) of the day. The cost of a life coach is less. If you live a healthy lifestyle and take care of yourself, your life coach can stay a little bit longer with you, but it doesn’t mean your problems get solved, or that they will be solved because someone told you to take care of yourself. You have to be in the relationship with your coach and trust that they will be there for you. Most therapists aren’t that good at understanding you; the goal is to work on your behavior, not necessarily being your problem.
