Here are some good ones to ask!
1) Is there an unmet need for you now?
If there is one unmet need in your life today, is it a goal that you have not met? If you have not achieved the target goal, ask, “What needs to change in my life now?” If you are at the beginning stages of the plan, it is also important to ask what needs to be done tomorrow! If it is a lifestyle goal and you have not achieved the goals for the year, it is important to know your goals in order to know what is your ultimate goal.
2) Are you ready to make change?
Making change is all about the journey, not the destination. If you are not yet ready to make anything substantial, stop planning and start changing! Make an active effort to learn the skills, improve, and grow and when those skills and habits develop, make that change!

One of the best ways to find out how long your plan should take to produce results is to see how others have gone about it. You should be able to look back and tell whether or not it worked out for you. Don’t be shy in asking!
Don’t forget, you don’t have to wait around!
6) Do I have what it takes to make the change in the plan?
As I said, there is no guarantee that you and/or your coach will be able to
