I’m going to start this short, as I think this is one of the most fun questions to answer, even if you don’t necessarily realize who is the best. There are many good coaches out there. They are just not the same as the ones that I have listed as having amazing results.
For me, the best (because I enjoy working out very much) one to watch is Chris Kresser. He is the most popular coach and author in the world (although that may change in the future) who has been working the most.
If you aren’t familiar with his work, he has published a lot of his work with the help of the great coaches with the help of a lot of scientific research.
Chris Kresser has always been very scientific about what he talks about so in short, his advice is really scientific. This is why I am recommending that people listen to him a little. He is great at giving advice that is based in science, and in short he makes the process extremely easy.
Other coaches are just great at giving advice and doing research and you just need to use that to your advantage.
How long have you been building relationships with people? What are the top five?
I have built relationships with friends and acquaintances for a while now. I have been building my relationship with coaches, but have spent a little more time developing my own relationship.
My goal is to build these relationships with coaches for a very long time. I’m currently building relationships with three people that I have been working with for almost 2 years now.
My other relationships are those with my friends and my brother, I know them really well.
There are about 10 other relationships that I have been working through, with about 6 or 7 more that I am planning on building down the road. I have also been building relationships with some people who are close to me and my friends, which I really value.
What are some other things that you have been doing to promote your personal brand at work?
I’ve never worked on a personal brand project, and that probably has something to do with that, really. Not because I do not love it, but because I have also never had the chance to do it.
I have spent most of the last couple years working with people on brand projects. In this time I have been working with some high-end coaches in many countries and working on my new brand, but not in the USA
