This is a question that I don’t remember ever being asked until just recently, when the world was still in the midst of the WCL World Championship.
So, here it is: How does David Blaine do the Triceps Twist?
There are no official rules to give you definite answers about how David does it, but I’m going to do my best to describe the techniques for anyone who wants to learn how to pull a few tricks, or just try to get an idea of where David might be pulling, or is pulling.

David has pulled this trick numerous times and I can guarantee you that there are people who feel that they must pull the Triceps Twist for the rest of their lives. This is not good.
How Will YOU Pull David Blaine’s Triceps Twist?
David’s Triceps Twist is one of the most powerful muscle pulls in the human body as the Triceps is the most powerful muscle of the body and is one of David’s most dominant muscles.
When David performs the Triceps Twist, he pulls the Triceps with such force that the muscles that you usually pull in all directions in a barbell press will break apart and not come back together.
