Of course there are people who can do pole, and it takes experience to do it as well as to be able to do it.
Pole dancing is a great way to get into pole dancing – I hope it’s your main area of interest!
Who are some pole dancers that you would like to see featured on an episode of Pole Dance Crew?
I really like The Pole Dancer, I really like their videos and all the other videos on there.
Thank you so much for your time Michael!
This article was excerpted from a guest post on the website of the International Association of Professional Engineers (Papers on Assessing the Quality of Professional Engineering Journals) entitled, “Improving Technical Publishing Performance”. Papers on Assessing the Quality of Professional Engineering Journals is a peer-reviewed peer-to-peer, open forum on engineering content, quality, and professionalism.
The article, “Quality of Assessing Technology in Engineering Journals” (http://doi.org/jsm23) provides a review of quality assurance practices in engineering journals, and the reasons why these practices appear to be either inadequate or unacceptable and are the most likely reasons for low or declining publication rates. It should be noted here that the authors are not making the statements they do in their study but are discussing a particular subject – quality assurance – which is itself an important topic for engineers to be discussing. These are general considerations, and should be borne in mind when evaluating the quality of engineering journals.
The authors do note the fact that several issues related to quality assurance exist among a number of journals. However, they note that “in the end it can be argued that this literature, and other issues are more likely to be due to the problems between the editor and the journals and to the problems between the publishers – and not to any special problem with the technology of the journals.”
The discussion on p.2 of this analysis includes three questions: What are the most common problems related to content quality within engineering journals? What are the results of systematic efforts designed to improve quality assurance? What are the reasons or circumstances relating to poor quality assurance practices?
In their paper “Improving Technical Publishing Performance” (http://doi.org/jsm23), the authors discuss several different aspects of this topic. They review the factors affecting publication rates for two of the most popular engineering journals – IEEE Engineering & Automation, and Journal of Engineering, vol. 7 (published by the American Institute of Mechanical Engineers
