Note: The average (average) dance pole’s size is shown on the left in feet. It’s size shown in inches is for your convenience only. You may need to adjust by yourself if your average size is different than pictured. It is recommended to order a custom size at the time of purchase. However, if you have a problem with the size/length it is recommended you order a new pole.

The standard 2 ft. 3 in. (51 cm) length in a standard dance pole is great for beginners dancing on the dance floor in the comfort of your own home, while still having a safe and stable place to stand when dancing. It is also a great length and weight for beginners, for beginner and beginner size dance poles. A 3 ft. long (91 cm) pole that is 3 1/4 inches (84 mm) in diameter can be used for any size dance. A bigger size can be used if you are very heavy or have a lot of weight to carry. If you are unsure of how much weight you can carry, please see the weight and stability at body height (in cm) table, which helps you decide if it is an ideal length for you or someone else.
