Pole dancing, or the act of straddling one’s body so that it’s supported by the legs, is something that has been around for a long time. While being pole-danced can be a very fun and challenging activity for people, many are unsure how to handle the high body position during pole dancing.
As an expert pole dancer who can give you great pointers on how to properly pole dance or how to prepare to pole dance, I really don’t want to just pass on this information but, rather explain all of the things that one should know when using the high pole position during pole dancing.
What makes pole dancing unique to pole dancing is the fact that you don’t have to lift your body off the ground or place yourself in a “natural” position that is very specific to pole dancing. If you’re just starting out and would like to be told as much information as possible, you may be better served looking at a pole or the website of a pole dancing community to understand what kind of exercises, styles and training are used and how to best do them.

For example, when a person wants to perform a double pole dance they sit on a low, high pole and hold the high pole with their legs in contact with the floor or a table.
This can pose a very different physical challenge to the novice than it does to a strong pole dancer who just wants to perform a single pole dance.
How does the high pole position perform?
The high pole position is a very unique and unique dance, because what it requires is a good balance of muscle and nerves, and that is exactly what you need to be able to perform this dance.
One thing that can help you understand the high pole position, and the way it is done, is to try and visualize the different limbs that you need to utilize during the high pole dance.
